    On-Site Coordinator

    We’re here to take the stress away! Our on-site coordinator will assist with the ceremony and reception timeline, room layout, decoration set up, rehearsal and ceremony line up, and greeting your vendors as they arrive on wedding day.

  • You will have both a Groom’s Garage and a Vintage Farmhouse Bridal Suite. Access to both spaces is granted at 10:30am.

  • All packages include buffet dinner service, hors d’oeuvres and a bar package. No need to stress over bar insurance or caterers.

  • Our on-site coordinator will assist with the ceremony and reception timeline, room layout, decoration set up, rehearsal and ceremony line up, and greeting your vendors as they arrive on wedding day.

  • Our reception barn is outfitted with 12 heating and cooling units, overhead ceiling fans and an exhaust fan for improved circulation.

  • We provide catering staff, bartenders and an on-site manager.
